The Basics of All-Out, Full-Tilt Fat Loss

Want to lose body fat in the fastest way possible? Here are the basics of what you must do to reduce your bodyweight quickly while maintain vital muscle tissue and a healthy metabolism:

1. Eat a like a caveman. Humans have eaten simple, natural, unprocessed foods for hundreds of thousands of years. These include: lean meats, fish/seafood, eggs, vegetables (especially the leafy, green variety), fruit, nuts, and seeds. If you eat only these foods for a few weeks you'll experience fast, healthy weight loss... guaranteed.


2. Avoid processed foods. Humans have only been eating large amounts of grain products for about 10,000 years... and large amounts of processed, refined sugars and flours for about 100 years. The blink of an eye in evolutionary terms. Our bodies simply haven't adapted and we've grown fat, slow, and unhealthy. 3. Do short, intense, interval-based workouts. The two best forms of exercise for burning fat and preserving lean muscle tissue are full-body circuit-style strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Both involve doing short bursts of high-intensity exercise with brief periods of "active" recovery. The goal is to tax the body's energy reserves (mainly stored fat) while sparing -- or even increasing -- lean muscle tissue and increasing overall health and fitness.
